AN was co-founded by and is the vision of WINDSHIP BOYD (dancer, choreographer, teacher, super-mom) & JEFF COFFIN (saxophonist Dave Matthews Band, educator, 3x Grammy winner, member of the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame). Today the organization is run by Windship Boyd in collaboration with Ibrahima Dioubate.
